Brown Legacy Holdings is a fast-growing, family-run company serving Mitchell, Yancey, Avery, and the surrounding mountain communities. We provide residential and commercial cleaning, handyman repairs, lawn care, property preservation, and rapid-response “Rescue” services.
Safeguard Properties, local realtors, and multiple businesses already rely on us. Demand is rising fast, so we’re building a strong crew to grow with us.

Position Overview
We are hiring reliable, hard-working crew members to assist with:
Residential & commercial cleaning
Deep cleans, move-outs, rental flips
Light repairs & handyman tasks
Lawn & yard maintenance
Junk removal
Pressure washing & exterior work
Property preservation services (training provided)
On-site before/after photos & job checklists
No two days look the same. Some jobs are fast. Some are tough. All of them matter.

Can handle physical, hands-on tasks
Follow instructions and ask questions when needed

Experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We will train you.
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
Comfortable using your phone for photos and checklists
Willingness to travel to jobs across Mitchell, Yancey, Avery counties
Background check required upon hire
Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
Tools are a bonus but not required.
Pay
Hourly rate based on experience and skillset. Raises available based on performance, reliability, and initiative.
